A member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, Keja’s professional commitment is to support self-determination and improve wellness outcomes for Native people and communities. Over the past 25 years, Keja has been working in rural and Tribal communities supporting healthcare, education, infrastructure, and economic development.

Currently serving as the President & CEO of KW Consultants LLC, Keja is supporting the Alaska Village Initiatives (AVI) broadband consortium project in conjunction with other partners to deploy affordable high-speed internet to fourteen villages in rural Alaska. Keja brings her experience from serving as an appointee with U.S. Department of Commerce National Telecommunications Administration and Information Administration (NTIA) to the team.

Keja earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salish Kootenai College and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming.
